Aims of this course
During this course you will be assessed on their competency:
- The learner will learn about non invasive vents
- The learner will discover and discuss different settings
- The learner can discuss how they will care for the equipment and the person they care for.
- The learner will know what to look out for and where to seek help from
- The learner will learn how they will handle adverse situations

Entry Requirements
There are no specific entry requirements however learners should have a minimum of level one in literacy and numeracy or equivalent.
The qualification is suitable for learners of 16 years of age and above.
Progression
Successful learners can progress to other qualifications such as:
- Level 3 Diploma in Healthcare Support (RQF).
- Level 2 Diploma in Care (RQF)
- Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care (RQF)
